I'm a born and raised Texans who packed up and moved to Richmond, Virginia a few years ago.
I crave the classic, new, and unfamiliar ... especially when it comes to food. I've worked my years in the industry as a bustling server and put down some great (and not so great) meals in my belly.
I'm not a refined critic or a bougie connoisseur, I just love food. Does this qualify me to start writing about my dining experiences and foodie opinions? Maybe not, but I'll do it anyway.
